When you’re responsible for a business, it helps to have someone alongside you who understands what that responsibility actually feels like.
I’ve led teams of up to 450 people, had responsibility for multimillion-pound businesses, built award-winning companies of my own and spent more than 20 years working alongside stakeholders, board members, founders and senior teams.
I understand the commercial pressures, the people challenges and the reality of making decisions when there isn’t an obvious right answer.
And as Founder and CEO of myonlinecoach, I’m still building a business myself, employing people, making decisions, taking risks and working out what comes next. So, I totally get your world.
My Story.
A career built around people, purpose and performance.
My career has never followed a conventional path and I see that as one of my greatest strengths.
After progressing into senior corporate leadership roles, I have taken leaps into entrepreneurship, academia, executive coaching and now technology, working across very different sectors and alongside businesses at every different stage.
My seven years as an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University Management School, gave me the opportunity to teach the realities of business and leadership within the academic world.
Along the way I’ve supported organisations from the inside, working with them through growth, change, opportunity, uncertainty, succession and crisis.
